How to Delete a Product Review

In case you want to delete a product review from your Ecommerce store, follow the steps below.

1. Once in your Ecommerce Admin, locate the Store Manager tab in the left sidebar
2. On the Reviews page, under Store Manager, you’ll find a list of all the product reviews for your store.
   

   

3. To delete a review, find it in the list, click the three-dots Actions menu next to it, and select Delete.
   

   

4. A pop-up will come up to confirm the product review deletion as it can not be undone
   

   

Delete Product Reviews in Bulk

If you want to delete more than one review at once, follow these steps to delete them in bulk.

1. Check the box next to each product review you want to delete.
   

   

2. Then click the Bulk Actions button
   

   

3. Choose the Delete option in the actions dropdown menu
   

   

4. Confirm that you want to delete these product reviews by clicking the Confirm button in the pop-up
   

   

It is best to delete some product reviews if they contain misleading, offensive, irrelevant content or if the issue was resolved. Reviews that violate legal or ethical standards also need removal to protect the business’s reputation and comply with platform guidelines or regulations.
