How to remove my credit card info from my account?

In order to avoid service disruption, we recommend keeping at least one credit card on file at all times and having the auto-renewal switched on.

You can manage your hosting plan auto-renewals in Services > Settings > kebab menu > Renewal Settings, and for your domains in Services > Domains > Settings > kebab menu > Renewal Settings. You can edit your credit card information in your Client Area > Billing > Billing Details > kebab menu > Edit.

NB: For the credit cards, the kebab menu is visible when you have two or more cards on file. If you have only one card added to your Billing section, then use the pencil icon at the top right corner of the card to edit the details of this credit card.

For smooth service provision, we normally require at least one credit card to be associated with your account. However, if you want to completely remove all Credit Card information, you need to contact our Support team and request that we do this for you.
