How To Integrate SiteGround’s Email Marketing with Website Builder

Integrating your Website Builder site with SiteGround’s Email Marketing tool allows you to collect leads directly from your website and manage your subscriber list more efficiently.

To do that:

  1. Go to your Site Admin
  2. Open the Marketing page

Click the View Options button in the banner under Lead Generation.

Below, there are cards for “Google Tag Manager” and “Page SEO.”

This will take you to your SiteGround Client Area. There, you can purchase a new Email Marketing plan or select an existing one.

Once you’ve successfully connected an Email Marketing plan to your Website Builder, you will be prompted to log in to the Email Marketing admin panel. You will then have to select a domain that will be used for sending campaigns.

NOTE: The banner “You must authenticate an email domain to start sending emails” is shown on top of every page in the Email Marketing Tools until the domain is successfully authenticated.

Campaigns cannot be sent before this step is completed. However, new contacts who sign up from the subscribe form will be imported into the Email Marketing dashboard.

You can find detailed steps to authenticate your domain in our dedicated article.

If you want to use a domain with an external DNS zone, you will also need to follow these steps:

Configure an SPF record for SiteGround Email Marketing

Configuring a DMARC record for SiteGround Email Marketing

Manage Website Builder Integrations

To manage your integrations in the Email Marketing Tools:

  1. Go to the Connect Website menu.
  2. Select Website Builder sites.

It displays one connected domain (yourdomain.com) under the “Manage Website Builder and Email Marketing integrations” area, with a trash icon under Actions. The left-side menu highlights “Website Builder sites” under “Connect Website.”

The domain of your Website Builder site will appear on Your Website Builder sites Integrations page.

Next step: Set up a subscription form to start collecting leads directly through your website.
