What white-label clients have access to?
Site Tools with no SiteGround branding
Client users may log in to their websites’ Site Tools, where they do not see the SiteGround logo or branding, ensuring a white-label experience.
The Client users do not have access to the SiteGround Help Center, but they can use the pinned knowledge resources available within Site Tools. These resources are also presented without the SiteGround branding.

Default Client Role
The Default Client Role is automatically assigned to all users with the Client type on GoGeek plans. The default client role provides full access to all tools available in Site Tools:

Custom client role
On Cloud plans, you can use either the Default Client Role or create your own Custom Role to customize the set of tools your client users can access and manage in the white-labeled Site Tools.
For example, you can disallow access to the entire Site section in Site Tools.

In this case, any client assigned to that role will not have the Site menu visible in their Site Tools.

Paid services in Site Tools
Certain features in Site Tools require an additional payment that only the hosting account owner can make. That is why white-label clients have limited access to the management of such features. If they are paid by you, their functionality may be available to your white-label clients, but they cannot activate, deactivate, or upgrade paid services, such as CDN, Site Scanner, and Premium Backups.
For example, white-label clients cannot:
- Activate or deactivate CDN
- Order or upgrade the Site Scanner service
- Order Premium Backups
- View Download Backups History or Download Backups
The white-label clients will see a pop-up prompting them to contact the hosting provider.
