In addition to the applicable laws, the use of the service, including all projects created with Coderick AI, are governed by the Coderick AI Terms, SiteGround Terms of Service and Third-Party AI Services Terms.
Below are the key unexhaustive rules you need to observe when using Coderick AI and generating, modifying, distributing and/or publishing your projects which can lead to their and/or service suspension and/or termination.
Prohibited Activities
Using Coderick AI to create, modify and/or distribute projects involving the following unexhaustive list of prohibited activities will be considered a violation:
- Illegal activities, including drugs, human trafficking, and fraud.
- Violating intellectual property, privacy, or data protection laws.
- Creating or distributing malware, ransomware, or other harmful software.
- Violence, terrorism, hate speech, discrimination, or exploitation of minors.
- Suicide, self-harm, or promoting unhealthy body standards.
- Creating or distributing deceptive content, misinformation, or impersonation of individuals or entities.
- Political manipulation, election interference, or misleading lobbying.
- Unauthorized access to systems or circumvention of security controls.
- Creating or distributing sexual content involving minors, sexual fetishes, incest, bestiality, or erotic chats.
- Creating or distributing spam, scams, phishing, deceptive business models, or abusive financial practices.
What Happens If a Project Involves a Prohibited Activity?
If a certain Coderick AI project is found to involve prohibited activity or content that violates the applicable laws, terms, policies, and/or guidelines, we may suspend the project, or discontinue the provision of the whole service, and/or effectively terminate our agreement and your customer account.
